Every workplace has stories that are only funny once you no longer have to badge into the building. Last Day Logs lives in that window: the resignation sent at 2 a.m., the layoff meeting with a suspiciously cheerful calendar title, the final shift after one policy change too many and the exit interview where everyone suddenly discovers the value of honesty.
Episodes are built around recognizable first-person workplace situations and lightly dramatized storytelling. The details change. The emotional architecture is remarkably consistent: confusing management, corporate euphemisms, impossible expectations and one final moment when the employee realizes updating LinkedIn may actually be the healthy option.
The tone stays funny more often than bitter. Mostly because “we have decided to go in another direction” becomes objectively hilarious once you are far enough away from the parking lot.
